Refund and Returns Policy

At Cameralexix, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for more details.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@cameralexix.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to ship the item back to us.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@cameralexix.com.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one (e.g., a different model or size), please contact us at info@cameralexix.com. We will guide you through the exchange process, and once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new one.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@cameralexix.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or offering a full refund.

7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to the address provided during the return approval process. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item).
